Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing, including chat with accepted matches, so there is nothing to refund.
Premium plans
- You can cancel a Premium plan at any time from Settings. Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, we refund the extra amount in full.
- If you ask within 48 hours of buying and have not used any Premium-only feature (such as viewing contact numbers), we refund the plan in full.
- After that, Premium plans are not refundable for the unused period, except where the law requires.
- If we suspend your account for breaking our Terms of Use, the plan is not refunded.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
